At MONTONI, we are committed to making environmental, social, and governance (ESG) criteria a permanent strategic reflex. Launched in 2022, AMBITIONS by MONTONI lays the foundation for a future built on sustainability and intelligence—for today and for tomorrow.
Our 2023–2024 ESG report reflects this commitment to act with rigor and transparency. It demonstrates our determination to build a sustainable future, in line with our global vision. This report serves both as a record of our progress and a roadmap for the years ahead.

This first ESG report, published since the adoption of our strategy in 2022, highlights our initiatives and objectives for 2023–2024. It reflects our commitment to 'Building a Sustainable Future' and is part of our biennial transparency approach.
Climate change
Day after day, we aim to contribute to climate change mitigation and adaptation by offering innovative solutions that enable us to construct buildings with a lower carbon footprint, designed for the climate of tomorrow.
Over the past 20 years, our team has built on its strong expertise to develop more than 50 certified sustainable projects. These projects reflect thoughtful design, focused on energy efficiency and the use of more responsible materials.
Building green is part of Montoni's DNA. Since I joined the company 24 years ago, our motto has always been to build sustainably to the highest industry standards. That's why we adopted our own standard to raise the bar. Today, more than ever, we are pursuing this ambition, which has been with us from the very beginning and which has become our distinctive advantage —always in collaboration with our partners and suppliers.

We recognize the importance of preserving ecosystems, which play a crucial role in climate regulation, biodiversity and community resilience. Our commitments extend beyond GHG emissions reduction: we pledge to adopt environmentally respectful solutions as part of our operations, whether this means preserving natural habitats, supporting initiatives that foster biodiversity, responsible water consumption or sound management of residual materials.
Our projects are designed to meet the needs of our clients, engineered to maximize the user experience and conceived to minimize their impact on our environment. As the first company to build a LEED Gold-certified commercial building in Canada, Montoni's guiding principle has always been to strive to surpass expectations. To do this, we must continuously push the boundaries of design innovation to help our clients and partners create a legacy of sustainable construction.
