To date, MONTONI has completed more than 700 projects representing over 30 million square feet of industrial, commercial, institutional and residential construction, with another 25 million square feet under development—an impressive portfolio of properties across Québec.
The ambition to build a sustainable world
Proudly holding the title of one of Canada’s Best-Managed Companies for nearly 25 years, MONTONI has committed to making ESG (environmental, social and governance) criteria a permanent strategic reflex. It has completed more than 5.2 million square feet of LEED-certified buildings and, among projects under way, is targeting LEED certification for close to 7 million square feet. Additionally, it is in the process of acquiring Zero-Carbon Building (ZCB) certification for nearly 4.5 million square feet. MONTONI’s ambition is to build the real estate heritage of tomorrow that will be a source of pride for future generations.

The office tower at Espace Montmorency receives LEED® Platinum certification. It is the 3rd project in Quebec to achieve this level for core and shell projects.
The Fonds Immobilier de Solidarité FTQ and MONTONI break ground on Écoparc Laval 15, located on the former drive-in theater site.
MONTONI unveils a regional retail hub project in Saint-Alphonse-de-Granby.
MONTONI and the City of Terrebonne sign an agreement for the development of Tera8, a future eco-friendly industrial space.
In collaboration with the Fonds immobilier de solidarité FTQ, MONTONI unveils its vision for the redevelopment of the former Molson brewery for the first time.
The group is awarded the contract for the construction of the Laval Cultural Center, thus launching the largest cultural project in Quebec, in the heart of downtown Laval!
MONTONI Foundation and Habitat for Humanity Quebec finalize construction of 6 affordable housing units in Lachine.
