Our ESG strategy
Our environmental, social, and governance (ESG) strategy is both comprehensive and precise, guiding all our initiatives and business decisions. The practices and rules it sets are not barriers to our success; on the contrary, they represent an approach that drives us toward continuous improvement. Consisting of five complementary ambitions, our strategy inspires and motivates us to push our limits, optimize our processes, and never accept the status quo regarding sustainability, energy efficiency, and environmental responsibility.
LEED Certification
Our experts are masters at achieving LEED certification, the global benchmark for sustainable buildings. It promotes the construction of high-quality buildings while reducing their environmental impact and benefiting the health of their occupants.
Zero-Carbon Building (ZCB) standards
We specialize in zero-carbon buildings. Designed to help Canada meet its climate change targets, these standards are paving the way for the real estate sector to achieve the complete decarbonization of all buildings in the country.
Distinction by MONTONI program
To make sustainable buildings more accessible, we have created our own certification program. Distinction by MONTONI offers our partners and clients the opportunity to construct greener buildings that focus on the well-being of their occupants, without neglecting their operational and budgetary needs.
