Espace Montmorency is a 1.3-million-square-foot mixed-use project in the heart of Laval developed in partnership with Groupe Sélection and the Fonds immobilier de solidarité FTQ. Its bold design, imagined by Sid Lee Architecture, was conceived to offer its users a complete living environment, including commercial, office and residential spaces, all in a downtown-style setting. Directly connected to Montmorency métro station, the project, comprising four distinct towers of up to 21 storeys, offers an impressive array of offices, cafés, restaurants, housing, patios and inviting green spaces, as well as a hotel. The complex is LEED v4 ND (Neighbourhood Development) Gold certified.
