Construction of the first office tower in Mascouche’s CentrOparc began in May 2020. Desjardins Entreprises–Lanaudière and Service Signature Desjardins Lanaudière will be located on the first and second floors. Covering an area of 35,443 square feet, this project was built according to the high environmental and social criteria of the Distinction by MONTONI program.
