Designed to meet the highest environmental standards, Écoparc Saint-Bruno is targeting LEED® Gold certification and the Zero Carbon Building™ (ZCB) Standard for both Design and Performance. 

The project incorporates Canada's largest privately owned green roof, on-site renewable energy generation through solar panels, advanced water management measures, and energy-efficient systems that significantly reduce greenhouse gas emissions and operating costs.
