Bordering the Saint Lawrence River and located next to the Jacques-Cartier Bridge, this property, which used to belong to the Molson family, will be the site of a major redevelopment project to create a new neighbourhood. It will take into account the heritage of the 200-year-old brewery, which was a precursor of the city’s industrial and labour development.
