The new Équipement SMS building in Saint-Bruno has been delivered in july 2025 and designed by Stendel + Reich Architecture Inc. The company wanted to modernize its former offices by drawing inspiration from the design of its Laval head office.

With its 27,000 sq. ft. and a 78,000 sq. ft. outdoor yard, the project includes a functional warehouse, a workshop for repairs and maintenance, as well as modern offices inspired by the Laval head office.
