Deloitte moves to Espace Montmorency
The premier tenant will arrive in early 2023
LAVAL, September 3, 2020 – Partners MONTONI, Groupe Sélection and the Fonds immobilier de solidarité FTQ are pleased to announce that the professional services firm Deloitte will be a tenant in Espace Montmorency, the largest mixed-use development project ever built in Laval. Deloitte’s 90 Laval employees will begin moving in early 2023. Deloitte’s new Laval offices will be located in Espace Montmorency’s Tower 2 located at the corner of Jacques-Tétreault and Lucien-Paiement streets. As a premier tenant, the company will have its logo installed on the building facade, with visibility from highway 15. Deloitte joins Groupe Sélection and Montoni, which will both be transferring their head offices as soon as the project is completed in summer 2022. Espace Montmorency offers 332,000 square feet of rental office space. Like Deloitte’s employees, future business tenants will enjoy direct underground access to the building from the Montmorency metro station, a strategic location near to Place Bell, and commuting against rush hour traffic. By offering a stimulating work ecosystem with public spaces conducive to collaboration while complying with public health and social measures, Espace Montmorency brings together an impressive array of services such as an urban spa, a hotel and a wide choice of first-rate restaurants, including chains opening for the first time in Québec.
Moreover, in a bid to deliver a highly personalized concierge service, Espace Montmorency will offer tenants a OneFlow-type mobile application specially adapted and integrated into its design, providing a unique experience in managing common areas for meetings, parking spaces, food orders and restaurant reservations.

Espace Montmorency is a $450-million, mixed-use urban development consisting of about 10 buildings. The first project in Québec aiming for LEED ND certification for neighbourhood development, as well as for LEED Gold certification, Espace Montmorency provides direct access to the Montmorency metro station and harnesses the potential of this area, which revolves around transit-oriented development.
