Mark Sevo

Mark Sevo heads MONTONI’s Leasing and Investment teams. He is responsible for the financial evaluation of opportunities, acquisition of assets, the promotion of MONTONI properties and the development of partnerships across Canada. 

Mark joined MONTONI in 2019 as an investment adviser, seeing his role evolve progressively in tandem with the company’s growth. Over the years, he has contributed to several strategic acquisitions and to the expansion of MONTONI’s business outside of Québec. He deals with all asset classes, taking an approach that focuses on strategic decision-making and long-term value creation. 

Recognized for his ability to build long-lasting, trust-based relationships, Mark is motivated by a desire to play an active role in growing MONTONI’s long-term development and reputation as the company continues to expand nationwide.
