Frédérick Truchon-Gagnon

Frédérick leads efforts to preserve and enhance MONTONI's reputation as a leader in sustainable real estate development in Quebec. She is responsible for driving the strategic vision and representing the company to its stakeholders – media representatives, various levels of government, investors, partners – with a particular attention to the developer's commitment to the communities it serves. She is also a member of the board of directors of the Laval Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

Prior to joining MONTONI, Frédérick spent several years at the NATIONAL Public Relations firm. She holds an MBA from HEC Montréal, as well as a bachelor’s degree in Public Relations from the Université du Québec à Montréal.
