Alexandra, Director of Talent and Culture, brings an innovative approach to human resources management. Her dynamic leadership and commitment to the development and well-being of MONTONI’s people make all the difference to the company.

Because of her conviction that our talents are the cornerstone of Montoni Group’s success, she focuses on retaining, developing and nurturing team members. To this end, MONTONI has promoted 30 employees to management positions and strategic roles over the last two years, demonstrating its ongoing commitment to in-house advancement and professional growth.

Alexandra is particularly proud of the Group’s commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion, as evidenced by the parity on the Executive Committee. To reinforce this approach, she initiated the launch of a new DEI initiative in 2023, which is now central to her team’s priorities, with the aim of creating an inclusive working environment where everyone feels valued and that they belong.
