Realized in 2013–2014, this project gave new life to an existing industrial building. Work included the addition of a new storey, new flooring throughout the building and an extensive renovation. The building now houses the offices of Gameloft, Viconics, Media Experts, and Marc Cain. Three large terraces serve as common areas for workers and employees. LEED-CI certified.
