  • Register completed projects with the CaGBC.
  • Participate in the service offering process of professionals providing LEED services.
  • Participate in project launch meetings.
  • Develop a preliminary criteria grid for projects.
  • Verify plans and estimates in order to validate project conformity to LEED requirements.
  • Perform worksite visits every two weeks to photographically validate conformity with erosion management and air quality.
  • Approve and process documents received by subcontractors and professionals.
  • Provide technical support to subcontractors and professionals.
  • Provide LEED support to company personnel.
  • Submit required documentation for mandates to professionals.
  • Organize and participate in LEED meetings during construction.
  • Produce a variety of LEED documentation.
  • Compile the records to be submitted to the CaGBC.
  • Respond to requests by the CaGBC following the revision process.



  • Collect data for the production of reports.
  • Establish internal and external measures regarding social responsibility and sustainable development.
  • Participate in the process of analyzing the life cycle of materials and structures. nts.



  • 1 to 2 years of experience in LEED certification
  • Authorized LEED professional designation
  • University diploma in a related domain or equivalent experience
  • Understanding of WELL or Fitwell certifications would be an asset
  • Work experience on commercial and industrial construction projects
  • Knowledgeable about energy efficiency
  • Understanding of subsidy programs offered by various organizations
  • Ability to read plans and estimates
  • Bilingual (French/English)
  • Good understanding of Excel software



  • Good attention to detail and ability to handle a workload involving multitasking
  • Structured, organized, flexible, rigorous and independent
  • Proven ability for patience, perseverance and curiosity
  • Personality focused on quick problem resolution
