  • Direct strategy, policies, processes, and financial and accounting controls
  • Guarantee the integrity of financial results
  • Optimize financial resources and ensure risk control
  • Supervise financial systems
  • Manage accounting and financial personnel, including recruitment, training, and team management
  • Develop support tools for the company’s strategic and financial decision making in collaboration with the head of the financial department
  • Ensure the development and maintenance of relationships with partners, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors as well as with the entire MONTONI team
  • Coordinate, control, and supervise a multidisciplinary team while ensuring good management and a respect for timelines
  • Supervise all of the MONTONI Group’s businesses in accordance with GAAP
  • Plan for the taxation aspects of all of the Group’s businesses in a proactive manner
  • Ensure cash flow management for the entire Group
  • Create, establish, and ensure the monitoring of various management and internal control policies for the entire Group
  • Meet requirements in terms of financial reports and KPI optimization
  • Comply with MONTONI Group norms and performance standards in terms of performance, quality, and control and make any necessary adjustments in order to achieve results
  • Participate in the analysis and upgrading of IT systems
  • Provide timely, professional responses to ad-hoc requests
  • Review project profitability analyses and provide improvements
  • Supervise the Group’s monthly financial statements
  • Supervise all end-of-year reports
  • Supervise the budgeting process for the entire Group
  • Determine profitability, identify trends, and determine areas of performance improvements and participate in finding solutions
  • Any other tasks related to the proper functioning of the financial department



  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance and the title of CPA, a master’s would be a plus
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar position
  • Bilingual (French/English)
  • An understanding of the construction and real estate sector is essential
  • Ability to manage priorities and respect timelines

  • Ability to manage several projects simultaneously while maintaining efficiency, autonomy, and an excellent organizational sense
