The Human Resources Advisor participates in a range of human resources activities and projects, such as: attracting skilled resources and HR marketing, provisioning, new employee reception and integration management, training and collaboration with internal communication activities.



HR attraction and marketing

•Promote the employer brand internally and externally
•Develop innovative, professional-calibre, concrete solutions to target potential key resources
•Establish personalized identification strategies by adopting an effective use of social media, participating in events or even developing a network of relevant contacts
•Educate, consult with and communicate information on hiring practices to managers, including attracting candidates, networking, diversity, interview techniques and legislation
•Attract the attention of active and passive candidates through formal and informal networking, and maintain relationships with potential candidates
•Develop a trust-based relationship amongst actual and potential candidates
•Develop MONTONI Group’s network of contacts
•Stay up to date on new market trends


•Determine managers’ needs for desired profiles
•Develop attractive employment offers
•Update job descriptions and talent profiles for the entire organization
•Share job postings through various media
•Search actively for potential candidates through various sources
•Preselect applications, conduct phone interviews and selection interviews
•Guide hiring managers in conducting interviews and throughout the selection process
•Coordinate and administrate selection tests as needed
•Update and/or create recruiting tools
•Coordinate employment verifications and psychometric testing
•Prepare and present job offers
•Attend career fairs/recruiting events
•Work in close collaboration with the Human Resources Director on various initiatives and special projects
•Research partnerships with schools and associations in order to ensure a constant flow of candidates
•Coordinate reception and integration plans and perform follow-ups

Training and development management

•Coordinate training activities as part of various skills development programs
•Ensure that files, reports and tracking documents are updated
•Collaborate on the implementation of the employee development plan and perform follow-ups
•Search for training providers
•Track the process of the annual employee appreciation report

Remuneration and administration

•Ensure employee enrollment in the various benefits programs by providing support
•Ensure the management of employee files
•Act as a back-up for payroll processing
•Handle disability records and communications with CNESST and the union
•Prepare appointment notices and various employee communications




•Degree in administration with a specialization in human resource management or equivalent training
•Five years of relevant experience in a rapidly evolving company
•Mastery of the Microsoft Office software suite
•Proven ability for diligent, positive dedication in a quickly evolving work environment
•Efficient management of priorities and time
•Autonomous, organized and flexible
•Excellent skills in listening, influencing and communication
