This post calls for involvement in a variety of innovative projects, and therefore we are looking for a candidate with excellent technical skills and keen attention to detail.




•Coordinate architectural plans using performance specifications, municipal regulations and the national building code.
•Prepare the preliminary designs, including plans, elevations, wall cross-sections and details.
•Produce a plan of the existing conditions and drawings.
•Produce and present the material for the promotion and visualization of projects.
•Ensure project tracking through the use of management platforms, amongst other tools.
•Develop and produce architectural designs.
•Coordinate your work with that of other professionals and stakeholders involved in our projects.
•Undertake the verification of internal preliminary plans (CNB, standard, regulations, architectural concept).
•Undertake any other related tasks.

BIM management:

•Coordinate the lot issuance process and the planning of worksites.
•Analyze Revit models and ensure coordination with project managers.
•Handle the 4D planning of the worksite and clash detection.
•Undertake the management and development of the BIM software framework.
•Participate in establishing BIM processes both internally and externally.
•Provide installation, training and utilization support to BIM users.
•Update MONTONI’s detail standards catalogue.
•Develop 360 renderings for virtual reality applications.



•DEP or DEC in architecture
•Membership in the Ordre des technologues professionnels du Québec would be an asset
•3 years of experience in a similar position
•Excellent command of the Quebec construction code
•Excellent command of Revit, AutoCAD and Photoshop
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Bilingualism (French/English)
•Understanding of Navisworks, Enscape and Procore would be an asset
•Understanding of BOMA standards would be an asset



•Excellent attention to detail, meticulousness and analytic abilities to ensure the quality and precision of documents
•Good organizational sense and ability to be responsible and take the initiative
•Versatility and good work habits
•Good computer skills would be an asset
