New state-of-the-art head office for Lumenpulse Group: a signature project by Montoni
Four months after the ground-breaking for the launch of construction by Montoni, work on Lumenpulse Group’s new head office in Longueuil on Montreal’s South Shore is advancing quickly.
In addition to targeting LEED Silver certification, the building will boast a completely redesigned, cutting-edge workplace. With its quality architecture, this high-tech building will be carefully integrated into its environment to revitalize the landscape and activity in the sector. It will be home to Lumenpulse Group’s first immersive experience centre for LED lighting innovation and education, unique to the company.
“Our teams have pooled all their expertise for this innovative project, which will meet the highest standards of excellence in sustainable building. With innovative offices and an immersive experience centre, Lumenpulse’s employees will soon have access to the new work environment of their dreams. We’re very proud to be associated with the success and development of Lumenpulse, a Quebec company,” said Dario Montoni, president of Montoni.
Located on Marie-Victorin Boulevard with unobstructed views of downtown Montreal, this 150,000-square-foot building doubles the size of the Lumenpulse Group’s Montreal offices. It will also house the Group’s manufacturing, design and engineering departments.
Lemay’s ingenious architectural design creates a knowledge sharing hub that responds perfectly to needs in the manufacturing and office areas, as well as the experience centre. The project was designed as a sequence of exhibits, which gives users a sense of the company’s core values: innovation, collaboration, communication and transparency.
By Fall 2017, close to 300 employees will have gradually moved into the new offices.
